At the donut hangout yesterday I caught the Lamborghini stopped and opened wide.

A few steps away these fellows were comparing notes on their hot rods.

Love the shot through the Lamborgini. Far more pleasant than the only view I've had today. A photo would have been titled "under the kitchen sink." Of course, a big klutz like me can't do a simple kitchen faucet change without wrecking the sink drain system.

Bob, the "Donut Derelicts" as they are called, meet Saturday mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30. At that time the parking lot has to clear so the merchants' customers have a place to park. At 6:45 the temperature was about 53 degrees. To us, that's an Arctic freeze. By noon it was 80 (again).

Where is the engine located in a Lamborghini? I am trying to figure out the perspective in the first shot.
The second shot is good because it is a candid view of the people and it has been shot through a window. Cal |

Cal, the Lamborghini is a rear-engine exotic. You are looking from the rear of the automobile, through the glass covering for the engine compartment. The doors are also open, gull-wing style.
