We had our traditional family Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve tonight. My daughter did some art with the artichokes veggies.

Handheld Fujifilm F40fd, F2.8, 1/20, ISO400, no post processing.

Me and my family, too. I shall explore this method of presentation next time my Asda (ex-Associated Dairies) superstore (Wal-Mart, in reality) offers them to me.

Thanks for the tip! I buy them whenever they're available, and we discovered them many years ago when on Easter holiday in Britanny, NW France, where there are vast fields-full. When I get to the checkout, the assistants usually ask me "What's this? What do you do with it?".

Beautifully presented artichoke artiwork (and artiphoto). Be careful not to eat the fingers & thumbs by accident !

Very nicely done. It is a nice presentation of the vegetable and a nice photo of the presentation.

That's a heck of a centerpiece.

Very nice picture of it also.
