I've been pretty much shut out on this challenge idea till tonight when I went out to the botanical garden for the holiday lights. A favorite there is the old marshmallow roast. This one has just caught fire

After a cool walk through the light display, nothing feels better than sitting in front of a fire with a hot cup of cider or hot chocolate

I don't like marshmellows but that fire looks very toasty. Excellent exposure and white balance on the closeup.

Very well done! Charcoal fires are not easy to photograph. Thanks for also including the background photo.

Cool (or should I say hot) picture. You could use this one for both the food and holiday light challenge!!
