Here are a couple shots of a large sculpture at Epcot Center in WDW. It is supposed to represent DNA.

Ask Walter. He's the world tour guide. Actually, I have seen quite a bit in the western part of the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Have also been to British Columbia several times. Back in my Navy days, I visited the Phillipines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Hawaii. I have seen very little of the midwest and eastern part of the US except in flights of fancy in MS Flight Simulator.

I just got my passport a couple months ago so I need to go explore more of Canada!

I really like the angle of the second shot. This must be alien DNA, Human DNA has a double Helix, this has a Quaduple Helix. I only mention this because I just gave my students their science final exam and it was one of the questions. Hehe, :? I need a break.

Happy Holidays all.

I think the extra double helix is there for support of the primary helix. If you look closely at the first photo, you can see that the blue crosslinks of the extra helix pair are connected to the red crosslinks of the other pair. It provides for artistic interest but, more important, it provides structural integrety to the sculpture.

I really like #2. It looks like some kind of crazy roller coaster!!!
