Nope, no dead birds. They were surprisingly majestic, MUCH bigger than they seem at a distance. Wingspan of one blade if 60 to 100 feet! This field of turbines was far enough away from human habitation, but I hear tell that some turbines are too close and a real nuisance or worse, with sound and light pollution.
