Scene from Macbeth (W.Shakespeare), on a blasted heath...

Banquo: What-ho, you three old crones, stirring a bubbling cauldron?
First witch: Yes, I can.
Banquo: I hear you can foretell the future.

[Quotation from "I'm sorry I'll read that again", 1960's radio forerunner of 'Monty Python']

With similar foresight I took these shots during our just-expired 'Town' challenge. First, St.Giles' Church Tower, 'Wonder of Wales'...

The clock in the first shot seems almost to be an afterthought since it isn't embedded in the structure and attached externally. Just musing.

The golden royal couple in the second shot are quite interesting and make a striking couple. Are they meant to represent Macbeth and his loving wife?

Nicely done.
