I'm afraid this shot doesn't quite do it for me. A shorter exposure might have made the traces from the rockets more distinct. Also, having the tree in the center with the fireworks on either side is not the best composition, in my opinion.

Well, I will have to agree and disagree with Cal, I happen to like the stop action of the fireworks. It gives them good detail. But I agree the tree is distracting. I'm sure you did not have much choice as to where to watch these from.
