I took this one during my vacation in Tahoe back in Februarywhile stuck in traffic on Hwy 50 for over 2 hrs due to a nasty accident.

Oh, a classic shot of solid water. I like enjoying scenery like this digitally from my warm home in the Pacific.

Aloha and mahalo

The young pine tree holding the same rocks as with the icycles and standing before them, seems so cute.

Lovely shot.

Thank you all for the comments. Yes bahadir, the little pine tree really adds interest to the composition. If it wasn't for the accident, I would not be able to capture this image for there is absolutely no place to park since there is no shoulder. There are a couple of vista points coming down from the summit but they are not near this location.

I really like this shot. The contrast between the dark rocks, ice and treeis really eye catching.
