This is an old shot (scanned 35mm negative) but I think it fits--slightly outside the box.
This is the wake of a speedboat taken from the Hawthorne Bridge over the Willamette River in downtown Portland, OR. I was standing in the middle of the bridge which gave me ample opportunity to look straight down on the boats as they passed (flew?) underneath. ![]() Cal |

I don't think I could have guessed exactly what this was--I thought it kind of looked like a frost pattern on a window.
