I do like the photos cal especially second photo but they do look to me …. becalmed. I would like to have some motion in the blades. That may not have been possible with the first as it was bright but the second was at 1/200 and you should have been able to get it to 1/60-1/30 range. Down there you should get some good motion blur on the blades and it could look like the storm was really blowing.

At the location of these towers, the wind was moderate. It should be noted that these turbines rotate at a constant speed regardless of wind velocity. Each turbine has an anemometer and wind vane that determine the wind direction and speed. The direction info is used to keep the turbine pointed into the wind. The speed info is use to change the pitch angle on the blades to maintain the constant rotation speed.
