I planted this red Geranium in Spring of last year and it has thrived, pumping out beautiful red flowers for almost a year. However, in mid January of this year we had about a week of nighttime freezes. Poor flower didn't know what hit it!
Incidentally, if you are wondering about the angle and possible distortion. That blue pot is called a "sunken pot". The top of the pot is tilted about 30 degrees with a flat bottom. The net effect is the appearance that the pot has sunk into the concrete! It is very heavy, weighing around 15 pounds! ![]() Shot with my Motorola Photon 4G cell phone camera. Cal

Just prune it all the way down and it will come back in the spring. Geraniums are indestructible.

Well, if you have any other Geranium that does not look as dead, break a stem or two and stuck it in the soil (any pot/cup with soil). In a few weeks it will generate roots, then you can transplant it to a bigger container.
