i'm not quite sure why, but this one just seems to really capture the feeling of the end of summer... in the words of Don Henley, "empty beach, empty lake, the sun goes down alone..."

This is another one of those shots that requires a wider angle of view. I look at this beautiful image and wonder where the rest of it is.

The setting sun dyeing its trail across the water of a dreamy reddish colour of memories, and passing over the quay beside the contemplative chair*, looks sooo cute...
