This photo is at a US Navel Reserve Station at Gulfport Mississippi. The Hurricane was Katrina. I guess that shows we need more training. A lot of the damage in Gulfport and Biloxi Mississippi was from water but this is high enough that there was little water here, just wind.

The placement of the sign was "ideal".

It's a real shame to see those beautiful trees destroyed like that. Was that building under construction or did the hurricane strip the shingles and siding off of it. If under construction, it appears that the trees helped to protect it.

As Selvin says the placement of the sign is great.
