Local house for sale. Not sure when it sold or when the new owners will be moving in. It certainly won't be me.
Across the front of the house in faded paint it says "for sale" with a phone number. Then, the two front right windows say "SOLD". |

Decided to go check the assessor's records. This house was built in 1800. It was last sold in 1998 for $100,000. The building is valued at $0 with a replacement cost of $209,000. The land (12.7 acres) at $122,000. The house is recorded as "below average" grade (duh!!!) I think that might be a little high.
