One thing I am is persistent, and I've been confident that I would get a strong example of rays through the woods if I kept looking. This morning finally provided that opportunity, with a strong beam shooting down through an oak tree with less spectacular ones to the left and middle.

Cal, I autofocused this one, using the trunk of the oak tree as my focal point with center point focusing, and I went with f8 (instead of 5.6) to lengthen the focus zone.
