Visited a auto "graveyard" near Bozeman, Wyoming awhile back to add to my collection of car photos. Here are a couple of retired fire fighters.

The first shot was of an American Le France. Here's the second, a Ford.

Nice shots of the old fire trucks. It's a shame someone hasn't rescued them for a restoration projects. Around here, several of the fire stations have restored old equipment and display it in parades, etc. It is something for the fire fighters to do when they are not polishing the brass!

Cal, you mean like this one? Went to a car show/charity benefit 2 weeks ago where they had several restored fire engines. This was the oldest, and most beautiful.

I saw one of those a couple years age, fully restored and steamed up. They were demonstrating how it worked. Very interesting.
