Here is a shot of the entrance to the Vietnam Memorial in Portland, Oregon. You enter under the bridge and then the spiral path takes you to several black marble walls displaying names, dates, and places of Portland citizens who gave their life.

I have posted this before but thought I would show it again.

Looks like a very peaceful place. I recently found the one in NH when looking for a place to turn around and take a photo. It was a nice cemetery with peaceful music playing. Not sure if it always plays or only when someone's there. Like does a tree make noise in the forest when it falls if no one is there to hear it.:-)
