Yesterday this lake was shrowded in fog. I vowed to bring a wide lens and to get there for the sunrise today. I didn't make the sunrise and most of the fog was gone but here is what I found.

Well, obviously you only just missed it, and the early startwas gloriously worthwhile. The warm, patchy glow is something I often wish to capture, but generally fail. The colours are luscious.

And the stick and its reflection provide an entry, on imaginative rotation, of an alphanumeric 'V', a Greek capital lambda, or ascii mathematical comparison characters in the next 'challenge'.

Very nice! I love the reflection on the early morning still water. As it warms up, air currents will quickly ripple the water and steal the reflection. Wow, a poet and didn't know it.:shock:?
