Love it. The uniforms are great and your selective focus brings the eye directly to the man with the beard.

As noted the bearded gentleman gets the focus of attention. Later post processing could blur the background a tad more to emphasize the faces even more. Aloha |

While I agree on your take of the pic lapstrake I dont think thats a guy. I recognize her as a former stripper from Picadilly. She had the beard then too.

The focus choice wasn't intentional, but I like how it came out.
The story - I arranged a meet-up for another photography forum. We were walking through St James's park and could hear banging in the distance. When we got to The Mall we found out why. There was a parade to commemorate the death of King Charles I. We ended up splitting and running around trying to keep up, stopping to snap some shots and then running some more. Here are some more to help tell the story. All are un-edited except for a re-size. I wanted to show the photos how they are and to help me get better.
