A few weeks ago, my doctor "sentenced" me to lose 100 pounds, so I've been spending a lot of time lately walking in the botanical garden. This morning, I got up the guts for the first time to climb "Old Brick Hill." Looking up the path to the top
![]() The botanical garden was established as a donation from a family which had operated a farm on a peninsula. This path is made up of bricks from the old family home which had collapsed many years ago. Looking back down the path from the top ![]() BTW, the diet program is obviously working since I took the shot from the top :G Paul |

Great shots, Paul. I've been doing a lot of hiking in local parks for both weight and to help control my Diabetes. I take walks around the neighborhood during the week and hikes in local nature parks on the weekend.
