Default Roadways-Traveling on 2 wheels

I took these during a local century bike ride. Those participating can ride from 25 to 100 miles. These were both on Kansas Highway 18--this lovely little gem has constant rolling hills, very little of the 20 miles that were covered on this road that day is flat. The downhills are fun, but ah, not so much going back up. In the first photo my husband is the third rider in the blue jersey. The second photo is about 10 miles further in the ride and is of a friend. I got to sit this ride out since I was the "unofficial" photographer!

That would be an interesting ride! Love the pictures, even if the terrain does look like a lot of work.

Oh my goodness! That is quite a ride. Love the second image. It really captures the hills you were talking about.
