Default Horticulture -- or Maybe Not! -- Crimson Clover

Here are a couple shots of Crimson or Red Clover which is grown quite a lot in this area. Crimson clover is a cash crop and therefore is agriculture. However, when you see it close up, it could easily belong in your flower garden.

Whether it can be considered horticulture or not, it certainly is pretty. Since it's so pretty it can be considered ornamental I guess, and therefore horticulture. I had to look it up because I didn't know why it would be a cash crop, but see it has several uses. That's what I love about this photo board, I learn so much here.
