You worry too much. When it comes to setting challenges, deciding if we have met them and making sure this forum runs smoothly you're the person in control. But I don't think the words of a moderator, a person with 15 posts, or a person with 2000 posts carry more weight than anyone else or each other. You all have two eyes and a brain and if you're trying to help and giving honest opinions where's the problem?

Ferny, you're utterly correct, but not everyone sees the world as you do. When it comes to photography, it's an art form, and each of us puts a little bit of ourselves in the picture. Sometimes, a person can feel criticized when it's really only the photo itself that's being criticized. Add this possibility to a fake authority (me), and you can end up with hurt feelings, something we females are born to fuss on about.
