Wow, Rick! Another sunset photo that I really like.
My husband's also a Harley man. He has two: one for most times and then there's the 1978 anniversary edition that he fully restored, telling me he'd at least double his money when he sold it. I haven't noticed any great effort on his part to sell it.:-) |

Barb mine is a 1977 HD Low rider 1st yr addition. fully restored rite down to the last bolt. valued at $30,000 and has been featured in several HD books. If u hace one and it shows tyhe low rider probably is mine. Last time i checked there were only 16 true ones. after this shot i had the tank redone to the original red letters. here is the 2003 100th anniversary softtail

I'm going to have to show this photo to my husband. It's one beautiful bike, Rick! You've probably got too much time, effort, and love in it to ever sell it, right?
And who's that cute little Harley girl? I just showed both pictures to my husband and, of course, he nearly put a nose print on my screen looking at the '77. He pointed out to me that his '78 (75th anniversary edition) looks almost identical to yours except that it has the anniversary colors, which means the wheels are gold and so is the lettering. He's right. They look almost identical. Photo on the way. |

DX - LOL - you'd probably get John on there quicker than you would me! But c'mon to Pgh. We're very hospitable! :-)And I would still love to see Louisiana - that's right up there with going out west, visiting my stepdaughter in Italy, and going back to Maine.

Rick, fabulous maritime sunset and bike photos
![]() Ever since you picked up that Canon and the Vivitar, you have been consistently putting up some incredible images ! I do hope it pans out (every pun intended) for you and you can begin to sell some photos. The lil girl on the Harley...geez...that has Photo of the Day written all over it...perhaps with a mild crop to accent the bike and the lil girl ![]() Thanks much for sharing your growing talents, Rick. |
