Here are two shots of a bright red door at a Talbot's store at the Washington Square Mall in Beaverton, OR. Camera is Nikon D100, lens is Sigma 28-80mm. Both images much sharper before compression.

Nice submission for the challenge! The door appears as if tipping, to my eye. No matter - I'd still go inside- it's a Talbots! :-)

I think it is an optical illusion. I leveled the picture based on the bottom of the awning. However, the shot is not straight on but rather slightly to the right of center. The top picture is aligned by the vertical line between the doors.
