I'm not sure if I should submit this or not. It's not very good and for an advert I should really add more. But then I like the simplicity.

We seem a bit light on entries at the moment, so I thought I'd post it.

I got a new book. It's about still life and close-ups and it's given me some ideas. There was one photo where they only showed half the subject and I liked it and it got me thinking. Makes you wonder what isn't there and focuses you on what is to. So in others words. The crop was intentional, because.... I like it. And that's all you're getting.

It also means I don't have to pay Coke for using their product.

I think the water droplets help it, but I can't say exactly why. I don't think it would be as interesting if it were just the can.

...ahhh. So this is the new California Cola I've heard so much about?

Really nice job. Makes me want to go into town and grab one, even tho I know the sugar will send me through the roof and the acid will make my teeth feel gritty for a few hours afterwards. You've done your job - made me want to buy something based on perceived memory/nostalgia rather than actual need!

The contact details on the can say the head office is in Casablanca. It's got some odd writing on it to. I'll get a picture for you later.

That's not bad then monkey, considering it was taken as an afterthought. I was taking pictures of cans (if you're feeling brave enough to venture out of the weekly challenge forum feel free to take a look ) and then snapped off this one (or a couple of them) at the end to pass the time. I noticed it was a bit slow in here so thought I'd post it.

I like your reasoning for the crop freny. This makes the image more about the cut, color and condensation than the product.....I like it.......How is it that you get French on items in the UK? Not English? Or did you hop on the Chunnel and pick up some French ca-Cola?

Here are the other photos I said I'd post. They're not photos really, just snapshots.

Why the foreign cans? They're cheaper than the UK ones.
They're sold on a market stall. The stall sells all kinds of sweets and drinks. It's the only place I know around here where you can buy Milka to.

Oh, there's that bad word.... Milka! My stepdaugher sends those and stroopwafels home from germany (now it's italy) a couple times a year. My husband and I barter with them (I get a bag of stroopwafels for every three milka bars he gets...LOL) :-)
