Here is a group that calls themselve the Dickens Carolers. They can be seen and heard in many locations throughout the Portland metropolitin area during the holiday season. Their singing and period costumes makes for a very enjoyable experience.

In this case, we ran on to them about two weeks ago at Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland. We were riding the train to a large Holiday Bazarre in North Portland and had to change trains at Pioneer Square. As we got off the first train we could hear them singing. We had about ten minutes before our train arrived to we used the opportunity to grab some pictures and listen to some good music.

Minolta S414, spot metered.
