Taken this summer when they finally tired out...

And one from July forth.

Please exuse me if posting two pictures in one thread in this forum is bad form. This ismy first post for the weekly challenge.

I would venture that these photos all meet the challenge with my vote gong for the fireworks being the better of the two.

The dogs are spaced a bit too far apart to offer the impact they could. However I must say, dogs do not always obey our wishes.

Generally,the preference is one shot per posting but I wouldn't worry too much unless you were lambasting us with many photos per posting. In any event it's Cal's challenge so he has the final call.

I like both shots even though they are not related to each other. Both fit the Three's challenge.

As for posting two photos at once, I don't have a problem with it. However, generally when someone posts multiple photos in one post, they are generally related somehow. Someone posted about ten pictures in a single post last week. I think that is a bit much especial for users with dialup who have to wait for the pictures to load.

There is no problem with posting more than one entry per challenge. Post as many as you like (within reason!}

i like the fireworks pic ,brilliant what exposure did you use? and settings cheers

The fireworks were simple, program mode for fireworks and a one second exposure. I wish it were more complicated but it wasn't. Oh yeah that was program mode on a Panasonic FZ-20. And thanks for the kind words.
