We have alot of windows in our kitchen and I love to takemy camera in there and capturethe light, shadows and reflections. The effects seem to change daily.
Here I have aphoto that I took last fall with the shadows of the windows and reflections of the trees in the granite on the counter tops Next is the same photo taken today with the leaves barely on the trees. There are also some clouds in the sky. I flipped both photos, thinking that the effect was more pleasing with the trees right side up. ![]() ![]() |

I looked at this earlier today but didn't have much time. I couldn't figure out what you did. This evening, I reread your text and looked at the pictures and it is granite clear, now!
Good work. It might be interesting to show one of the pictures right side up and the other flipped. It might give the illusion of a reflection of a reflection! Cal |

Very nice creative touch. As Cal noted this is one of those photographs that sets your brain cells in motion.
I like how the granite top added it own coloration to the reflection. Aloha |

I think Cal was suggesting you replace the grayscale one in the original two-image set with the one above -- giving the sense of the reflection being reflected. Very nice photos, BTW.

Ohhh! Duh! I'll have to give it a try, sounds like it could be a fun blending of two photos.

OK, last one as Cal suggested. I like this one the best. Thank you everyone for the encouragement, sorry to those with dial up.
