These are great shots but I don't feel that they qualify for the challenge. Backlighting is something we might want to consider for another challenge. I know I mentioned using a shaft of sunlight coming in through an open window into a dark room as a form of light painting. I got that from one of the photos on one of the linked websites in the challenge description. I guess that could be very broadly interpreted to include these shots but that is pushing the envelope a bit.
