Hi,
Yes I know that you can recharge Battery Pack NB-1LH about 300 times, but... how many Years is average life of this battery? (average naturally) if you are an old nb-1lh user, within time do you trash your battery and buy a new one? After a year how many does this battery lost capacity? thank you . |

I usually buy a new battery after about six months and rotate the two. It's nice to have a spare handy. Eventually the older one will start to fail... buy a new one when that happens. When it comes time to discard the older one, be sure to recycle it properly.

Battery life is very important for me because I don't want to buy a new battery every 6 month... ![]() really every 6 month??? This week end I will buy my first camera (s230 or A70), and battery life is important for me (else I will buy a camera with AA battery). do you think Canon will produce NB-1LH until for how many years? . |

Cons are: plastic and bigger camera for my pocket ![]() pro for s230 is: cheaper, metal body, very little cons: softer quality image, battery proprietary (camera lives until Canon will produce that battery) ![]() Tha's why I am asking about battery life. . |
