Does the Canon A410 have sound? Can someone who actually has this camera let me know?
Some places online list sound...some on forums say no sound. Steve, onthis page indicates "yes" to sound: http://www.steves-digicams.com/cameras_dig3.html Final word, please? Thanks! |

...as in sound with movies? Yes, it does. My girlfriend has one and yes, there is sound. It also takes beautiful outdoor pictures. The redeye reduction function works like most of it's period though for indoor flash, as in not very well to not at all.

Thanks for your response, Greg.
Yes, sound as in movies...sorry I did not clarify that. It's nice to know the A410 takes beautiful outdoor pics...how about indoor? |

Indoor they are fine too. Just need to stay within the flash range and not be too bothered by redeye in human subjects. Some folks seem less prone than others, but redeye is virtually unavoidable.
