I'm using 1850 mAh rechargeable batteries and they last about 200-300 pics in full resolution + transferring the pictures to my pc.

I use 2000mah batteries and I got about 175 pics out using the flash and the LCD most of the time.

I bought the cheapest batteries I could find an IKEA!!... For 20 of hese non rechargeble batteries i payed approx 2 dollars. I have taken 225 picturs/"batterychange". 50% with flash/100% LCD.

I think that's quite good. Both for tha cam and the batteries.

IKEA the furniture people? They make batteries???

I have bought these IKEA alkaline batteries before. If they're yellow and alkaline, they're made in Germany by Varta.
Varta makes superb batteries including the one used in my Bimmer.

Yeah, I couldn't believe the overall quality of things when I toured Europe for two weeks this spring. The houses don't need their roofs fixed for over 100 years! Here in the states it great if your roof lasts 20! A 400 year old building is common over there. Here in my town a house is old when it was made in the 1940's.

I dare everyone here to find an American beer that can compare to a good German Hefe Weissen. I tried some here in the states, but it just didn't taste the same.

We Americans live in a disposable society, I just don't understand it,
Dan O.
