Looking for input on deciding between a Canon A70 or Fuji A310. The A310 came highly recommended by Ritz camera but I have found significantly less information on it compared to the A70. I don't know if that is a red flag or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a comparison of the A70 and Fuji A303:
http://www6.tomshardware.com/consume...709/index.html I guess, the A310 has improved over the A303, not sure how much. |

I had the same decision.....
I ended up buying the 310. Takes beautiful pictures and is nice and compact. BUT, I ended up returning it due to the lack of manual controls. I have some experience with 35mm photography and knew I wouldn't be happy without these. My understanding is Fuji is starting to make really nice cameras and from my couple of weeks with the 310, it is compact, easy to use and takes great pictures. I think if you just want to take the camera, take your shot and have a great result, then this is a really nice camera. The big deciding factor for me, and the one I guess you'll have to consider, do you want manual controls? |
