I have just replaced my A20 with an A80. I am very pleased with it. However can anyone tell me if it is normal for the LCD viewfinder to be dark when photographing in low light. Also when I press the button half way the display gets darker.

it's normal. It's showing how the pic will turn out. You need to correct the exposure. (longer shutter time? flash?)

Thanks for the reply Inkyape. Sorry to ask the same question as a previous post. I did do a search prior to posting, but did not locate the previous post.
