G3 ISO question

I got my new G3 a week ago, and now I'm in the process of learning all the features. With the ISO set to auto, is there a way to tell what speed the camera chooses when you take a shot? If I remember correctly, the EXIF just says ISO: auto.

Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, I pulled an image that I know was shot on ISO Auto in Program AE mode into EXIFReader. Even using that freeware application, the CCDSensitivity does say Auto.

Nope, you need to manually choose your ISO if want to access the information later in the exposure info. Same thing with my Digital Rebel. I never use the all-hands off auto modes, but if you do the data regarding what the camera chose remains known only to the camera.

Thanks. I was hoping I could see what ISO the camera would pick for different situations - just out of curiosity.
