Last week I got my Canon G5. I spent a good deal of time with the manual, and then got out there and took some pics over the weekend. I am very happy with the quality of the pictures. The portrait mode works well. I'm going to keep experimenting and see what works best for me and the way I shoot. But basically this is just an endorsement for the G5.

Man, I hear great things about that cam...

Damn, if it wasn't that much expensive, I'd have one too. I heard and saw a lot good things about it. |
