Can someone please give me contact information to email/fax/send a letter detailing my dissatisfaction with Canon Support of my 10D?
I have been handed up the chain fairly high to offices in NY, but the results are still terrible. I have a letter I intend to send, but would like to target it accurately as high as I can go. If anyone knows the internals of Canon, I am currently waiting for a call from Cathy Combs (manager of Customer Support.. I think.) She MAY resolve my current issue, maybe not, but at 6+ weeks of jumping through hoops and waiting on who knows what with no explainations, and I am ready to send a letter as high as I can. thanks ![]() |

You might instead get the better Business Bureau into the equation. Dealing with customer/company situations is part of what they do:
