Hello, I was wondering how you can select the long shutter speed on the Sd300. i have looked at the camera in a shop and browsed the menus. i found the menu which lets you turn long shutter speed on when in manual mode, but then couldn't find anywhere to actually select how long the shutter speed should be. (it simply said 'long shutter speed - on, off)
i presume you can select say 1-16 secs? If so where isthis on the cameras menu? Or have i misunderstood the availability of long shutter? I would be grateful if someone could explain exactly how this works thanks Eddie |

After you've selected Manual mode and turned on Long Shutter Speed, select Exposure Compensation and while you're there, click the Menu button. This will let you selectthe length ofthe shutter speed.
