yea, anything above 200 (including 200) is too noisy. In low light, try this: Switch to Av mode, aperture priority. Set it as wide as you can, then start increasing/decreasing shutter speed, while still making sure its not too blurry due to hand shake. Basically start at 2.8 and work upwards on shutter speeds until its too blurry but not so fast that you can't see anything. You should be able to nail good photos, w/o flash, at low ISO. WoW!!! Wonderfull. I should trythis setting today itself. Good picture in the dark. Less noisy.
