I've had this camera for about 2 months, and it was working fine up until I dropped it a couple feet or so onto a table. I picked it up, and tried to turn it on (it was off when I dropped it), and it wouldn't - I got absolutely nothing. I have of course made sure the battery is charged, and tried a different battery, but it didn't help. Hoping someone can give me some tips on what might be wrong with it.

My A60 is doing the same thing after being dropped onto concrete, mud, grass, everything. I found that if I just smack it I will be able to turn it on. It also fixes the fuzzy image that I get now and then.

Alas, my camera died for the last time and Canon wants at least $108 to repair it. I bought it for $110 so I think I'll just get another camera.
