Looking at the left side of this page i noticed there are the IXUS series... I then noticed that many of these are identical, if not the same as the elph series cameras. Can anyone tell me what, if any, is the difference????

The IXUS is the non-USA version of the Digital Elph, just like the Digital Rebel is called the 300D everywhere else. Other than the name, no difference at all.
