Hi,

How compatible are EF-S lens' with other cameras. There is a good offer on EF-S17-85mm for 419$. I am not sure whther the lens price will go down below this. The retail price is atleast 80-100 dollors higher than this price.

So i wanted to know how compatible these lens' are.

That mount/protocol is ONLY for Canon partial-frameDigi-SLRs.

Specifically, only the D20 and the DREBEL, Drebel XT. NOT the D60 or D10.
