Hello I have a customer that needs to mount a digital SLR onto his plane for mapping purposes. He wants to control the camera from his laptop inside the plane and needs to know if the Canon Remote capture software ( comes with the D300) , can be re-programed to fire at specific points controled by the data from the intruments on his plane. I know this sounds very complecated but I heard that the Nikon Capture software can be reprogramed to do similar things. If not does the Remote Capture software have a setting where you can set it to fire in 2-3 secont intervals without having to press a button?? thanks Jeff |

Not sure on the software front, but if the 300D/Rebel will take the TC80N3 remote controller it can be set to take time lapse etc. The 10D will take the controller.
