Hi everyone,

I have some issues with the AF points on my camera. The seven points all have little red dots that light up to show which is in focus - but these lights are so dim you can virtually never see them. Is this a problem with my camera, or are all Rebel XT's/350d's like this? An experienced photographer at work had a look for me and he too thought it was very poor - he also could only see them about 15% of the time. He usually uses a 30d and a 5d, which he says aren't like that. However, he hasn't used other 350d's so i don't know if it's a problem with mine, or a problem in general.

Any advice?

Gareth

Hi Gareth...the AF focus lights in my 350D are pretty bright...highly visible even in very bright shooting conditions. Dave.

That's not good then - does anyone know how to fix this?
