Yes, I'd say that's fairly normal performance for ISO 3200. Cleans up nicely with noise reduction software.

Yup, looks about right to me.

Of course although the picture as a whole is well-exposed, the dark areas always suffer, even at lower ISO. So that black is about the worst you are going to get.

In scenes with a smaller DR you can expose to the right and get better results.

Also I think you would need a fairly decent size print before that noise became objectionable.
