Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had the Sigma 28-80mm and/or the Sigma 70-300mm with their XTi (400D) or even the xt (350D). If so what do you think of the combo? Also, If you have pictures that you could share that would be awesome!

Thanks for the help!

twkenny,
That's great to hear! Do you have any pictures that you could share with that lens?

Thanks!

I have the 70-300 and the 150-500 and like both of them. Over the years I have had good luck with Sigma lenses on both film and digital SLRs. To see my photos go to:

http://www.k1par.com

and click on the MVI Gallery link. All the outdoor sports photos are taken with either one of those lenses. Also when you are in the gallery go to "My Maine" and click on the toad photo. That was taken with the 70-300 at night using the pop up flash at about 4 feet.

p.s. I have a 300D and 350D

I also am a long time Sigma user. I use them on my old XT and my new XTi with great results. My favorite Sigma lens is the Sigma 80-400mm OS lens. It's a heavy brute but takes great photos even in low light. The closest lens that I have to what you ask is the Sigma 20-40mm F/2.8, which is my portrait lens of choice.
