Hi all,

I just gotmy new 30d and so far love it!!!

I know there is a way to add my name so it appears in the Exif data, but cannot seem to figure it out. Does anyone outthere know how to do this?? Thank you in advance.

I haven't tried it, but I did find this link on another forum. It's talking about a 20D but the same should still hold true with the 30D.

Page 2-2 of your EOS Utility Instruction Manual shows you how. It was the first thing I did on my camera.

You can enter up to 31 characters for your name. If you have misplaced that manual, or want to do like I do for all my cameras, I maintain a downloaded copy of the manual(s) on my computer(s).
