Awesome product. If you own an XT or XTi I highly recommend it. Battery life is far superior, you have the AA option, and the camera looks and feels much more sturdy. Great stuff. At first I didn't think it would be worth the 140$, but now I know better.

Don't forget that you can get a perfect copy of this grip from Opteka also. A lot cheaper at about $70 and the reviews are very positive. Also a version with two NB-2LH batteries for $90:

Yes the grip feels better and you will almost never run out of battery power, but the best thing about the grip is shooting in the portrait orientation, especially for an extended period of time. You will be amazed and delighted.:idea::idea::-):-):-)

I got the Canon because it fits perfectly, and I also heard the "rubber grip" section is not actual rubber on the Opteka. Maybe you have a different experience?
