i fell for 500 a year back and ur "EVIL" spirit made me go for it. This new evil wont bug me for sure. I am happy. And i sold the 5D already. I was/am sure i wont be using the 5D much. Instead picked up a really good 20D. Like ways was able to pay nothing more from my pocket to keep the 20D and the 500

Ur EVIL failed this time

Least did i expect that i would buy a 500mm in my life. Dreams dont stay dreams i guess..

And how is ur new D300

Still getting familiar with it - Continuous AF for example doesn't jitter like on the Canon (but I don't know if it's tracking for example), and with this snow I rather stay indoor... Can't wait for my next trip to the rainforest in early January
